The ability to update sharing permissions for multiple sheets or add groups to multiple sheets or dashboard pages in Smartsheet Control Center for provisioned projects could be a valuable feature for many users. This feature would streamline administrative tasks and enhance project management capabilities.
It would be ideal to enhance the Control Center with a feature that allows for convenient modification of sheet sharing settings across provisioned projects. Currently, the process involves individually sharing each sheet or dashboard, either through emails or groups, whenever there are changes in sharing permissions.
Given that our project blueprint encompasses 13 dashboard pages and 83 sheets, it is necessary to distribute these resources to various departments or group emails based on specific pages or sheets. This distribution ensures that relevant stakeholders have access to the appropriate information within the project.
