How do I keep my scroll bars up? They always hide after I scroll, and switches pages when I swipe my hand too much on the mouse.
Would like the bars to appear at all times like this:
It looks like you may be using a Mac, correct? OSX has a feature that will hide scroll bars if you are not using them. You can change this to always show scroll bars by clicking the Apple logo at the top left of your screen and select System Preferences > General > Show scroll bars.
As far as switching pages, this is likely due to a gesture setting. Go to System Preferences > Trackpad > More Gestures > Swipe between pages (disable this).
