I have a fairly simple Smartsheet with a report that uses just that sheet then the report is displayed on a Sight. The comments column displays on sheet and it displays on the report. But the Comments column is missing from the Report in the Sights widget. Is there a way to make the Comments (and the attachements column for that matter) column show up in the Sights widget. Is it a publishing method or security issue?

Comments can't be viewed from the Report Widget in a Sight. You can streamline getting to the comments in a report by editing the widget's interaction to allow people to open the report when they click on it.
To do this:
When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request using the form under Quick links on the right side of the Community site to let our Product team know that you want comments viewable from the Report Widget of Sights.
