Is there some kind of outage with SmartSheet? My files have errors and won't print to pdf!

We haven't received reports of an outage with Smartsheet. You can check the status page for updates on the condition of Smartsheet services: https://status.smartsheet.com/
I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team to troubleshoot the errors you're receiving.

This has happened again to me. As well as when my colleague tried to print to pdf or export to pdf. This is really bad timing as we are really needing it now and the failure to export is undermining confidence in the software.
I have emailed the support team.
