Fix Multiple Select & People within Smartsheets on Outlook

Hi There-

I would love to see the Multiple Select to be fixed within Smartsheets and People because this would allow you to not have to toggle between Smartsheets and outlook and complete a seamless action within Outlook which for teams who work day-in and day-out within Outlook would create so much efficiency. I love the Smartsheets on Outlook but this would make it SOOO much better!
