It would be great to enable the Smartsheet Desktop app to adhere to EntraID logon methods such as passing device information so compliance can be checked. This will make it possible for companies that enforce device compliance to be able to utilize the Smartsheet Desktop app.
We have issues with Windows users that can't use anymore the Desktop App as is not working due to EntraID compliance, while for Mac is working
We would also like the desktop app to be compatible with device compliance policies. We've opened a ticket, however the response has been no help. Hello Support?
Same issue here where Entra deviceID claim is not being sent with the authentication token in the Desktop App. Would like to avoid excluding Smartsheet from our device compliance policies…
