Managing contact field lists for numerous sheets is time-consuming and subject to error. The ability to manage this by using Data Shuttle to update the contact field options OR being able to select a "group" for contact field options allows this field to dynamically update from a central location.
I agree, for years, I've been wasting tons of time adding/removing users from various contact list columns in my sheets. With over 1,000 sheets now so this is very time consuming. We already use Groups set up in Admin to streamline sharing sheets with team members. There should be a way to link a contact list column that to a preestablished Group from Admin so that the contact list automatically updates as users are added or removed from Groups.
