Hi - I have a new Jira custom field I want to pass over to the smart sheet, but when i come to configure the connector between jira and smartsheet, the field is not available.
Other jira custom fields are.
What could the issue be?
Ok, so it seems that the issue was that the custom field wasn't available in all of the projects that were being imported by the connector.
Just in case anyone else gets this issue.
