We've recently announced the rollout of cleaner, sleeker charts following another recent update that lets you add AI-generated charts directly to your dashboards. Check out these updates in this short video!
I love the option to add charts directly to a dashboard from a sheet. This has been something that we have utulized when it comes to a lessons learned dashboard. Before we utilized the sheet but took that information from the form users would submit and then manually input into a PowerPoint. So loving it!
The new charts look great and adding charts directly to a dashboard from a sheet will be a huge timesaver.
What about the issues with missing labels, missing legends, series filling, and forced decimals in percentages?
Thank you for raising that issue, Paul! Tagging @Rashmi Shekhar for visibility.
i too would like to know as @Paul Newcome mentioned
I would also appreciate a response regarding @Paul Newcome post. It appears there was an update to charts around July 16th and it is significantly impacting the effectiveness of our dashboard. The Smartsheet tech team has suggested increasing the chart size, but that’s not a practical solution — it would reduce the amount of information we can display, defeating the purpose of using charts on the dashboard.

Our main dashboard used by senior staff has a series of broken report and web widgets with only a vague "engineers are working on this" and no further updates since this July 16th update. I have not been given any suggestions on how to make my dashboard useable again since this update.
It is a pity that it is only available on Enterprise Plans, some of us smaller clients would love to use this feature.

Linked dropdown columns now support static filtering, allowing work managers to control which values appear in a linked dropdown based on fixed criteria. Admins can apply a filter condition to a linked dropdown column so that only values from the linked source sheet meeting that criteria are returned e.g. "Please, show me…
As sheets in Table View grow larger, it's easy to lose track of how much room you've got. So we've shipped a first step: Sheet Size Details, available from your sheet properties in the File menu. This first iteration shows row, column, and cell counts for your sheet — so owners and admins can catch a sheet nearing its…
