Table View: hide the attachments/comments/etc columns so it starts with the first column

As you are working on Table View and bringing it to mainstream, there are few minor issues that would make the product significantly more user friendly.

The ability to hide or minimize the section before the first column where the attachments/comments/etc go. This area uses up a lot of screen space and causes extra scrolling.
Utilize all of the cell space for text. It currently only looks like it uses about half. To get it to fit similar to Grid View, the font has to be reduced from size 10 to 8 or less. But then it is hard to read.
