After having been an advanced user of Smartsheet over several years I cancelled my subscription for a few months and then went back onto the Pro level on 11th Feb - paying $156 AUD for the year in advance.

However, I have been unable to access and use my extensive sheets, reports, dashboards etc and keep receiving a message asking me to upgrade.
What concerns me is that the previously very useful support provided by Smartsheet has disappeared as my multiple emails and support requests go unanswered.
Is this the current standard for Smartsheet these days?
