Thank you for getting bak to me. I resolved that issue. Seems it required me to purchase a plan. I purchased the Pro Plan and I had access. However, the download in the1st session of the corse i did not give me a file to import, new issue. It gave me a Final version of 4 different Smartsheets. How do I remove everthing and get the Import file I've never downloaded. Thanks

Glad to hear we were able to help with the issue.

We were unable to reproduce the error on our end.

That said, we did update the distribution links with a new version. If you haven't yet tried, please grab the 'new' distribution link from the class assets. You should see a folder called In Progress "Start Here" in the downloaded folders along with new instructions on how to get started.

Here are some additional guidelines around using the training assets:

You will need to be logged into Smartsheet as a liscensed user (the distribution link helps you to build new Sheets, Reports and Dashboards, and you will need a supported license to take ownership of the items).
For optimal experience please ensure that you are using one of these two browser options:
1. Chrome
2. Firefox
