Calculated Duration Column

Can we get an enhancement that would allow the duration column to be calculated?

This would be based on an allocation % of resource.

Ie: I have 4 projects that I am running and my resource is working on all of them. so his time would be split up 25% on each. The task would take 5 days if he was 100% allocated to that task, however he is not so at 25% it would take 20 days?

Manually working this out is very painful.
