I’m currently working on improving workflow automation processes using Smartsheet, especially around task tracking, approvals, and reporting across teams.
I’d love to hear how others are structuring their sheets and automations for scalability. In particular, I’m interested in:
- Best practices for managing large project portfolios
- Common automation setups that save the most time
- Tips for reducing manual updates and improving visibility
