Enhancement Request
Please update the List Sheets, List Reports, and List Dashboards API endpoints so that when they are called using the Assume-User header, they return items owned by the assumed user even if that user is currently a Contributor.
Background
Users with a Provisional Member license can create sheets, reports, dashboards, and workspaces during their trial period. When the trial ends, they are automatically downgraded to Contributor unless they are assigned a paid license.
Current Behavior
If an API call is made using the Assume-User header for a user who is now a Contributor, the List Sheets, List Reports, and List Dashboards endpoints return no results, even when that user created those assets while they were a Provisional Member.
Business Impact
This behavior makes it extremely difficult to build automated user management and offboarding processes. Administrators cannot reliably discover or transfer assets created by users who were previously Provisional Members but have since been downgraded to Contributors.
Returning the assets that the assumed user owns, regardless of their current license type, would greatly improve API usability and enable administrators to automate these common management tasks.
