Conditional Formatting Issue with established Dashboads

An issue started yesterday (8/24/2026) where conditional formatting stopped automatically updating from a sheet form through Dashboards without having to open up sheet, refreshing and saving before Dashboards would update.

THIS IS A NEW ISSUE. IT WAS WORKING FINE PRIOR TO 8/24/2026. I have submitted a ticket, case number is 09809547.

Is anyone else seeing their Dashboards working prior to 8/24/2026 and now are not updating without manually opening up the data source, refreshing and saving.

Please advise.

I've just noticed, when the Conditional Formatting is not updating on the sheet until I manually refresh.

Issue with conditional formatting as well. I added a simple rule and it is not updating.

I have a similar issue with smartsheet. All the metric sheets we have is showing correct data with respective to backend. However, all the reports and dashboard is showing 0 . I have raised a ticket, case number : 09804952

Thanks for your comment but I did put in a Ticket. Please reread my original comment for the case number.

Also, I failed to note that the issue I am having is from a PAID (built by Smartsheet) Smartsheet Control Center Solution. I have been using this solution since December 2025 without issue.
