My #1 goal at ENGAGE 2026 would be to sharpen how I design solutions in Smartsheet so each one performs a single, clear action. I want to move away from building all-in-one workflows and instead create modular, single-purpose automations that are easier to troubleshoot, reuse across projects, and explain to stakeholders. I'm hoping to pick up best practices, real examples, and tips from sessions and other builders on how to keep scope tight and avoid over-engineering.
