Custom privacy policy for forms is now generally available!

You can now add your own privacy notice to every form across your organization. Configured once in the Admin Center, your custom policy automatically appears alongside Smartsheet's own privacy policy on every form, both new and existing. The two policies stay clearly separated, so respondents can always see exactly who is collecting their data and why.

For enterprise teams, this is a scalable, consistent way to meet your data collection and compliance obligations — and to build trust with everyone filling out your forms.

Getting started: A System Admin can set this up in Admin Center → Settings → Branding & Personalization → Custom Privacy Policy. Please view our help article to get started.

Environments availability: Commercial US, Commercial EU, Commercial AU
Plan availability: Pro, Business, Enterprise, Advanced Work Management

Really useful addition.

We've had to think about privacy wording on forms individually in the past, so being able to manage this once centrally is a big improvement - especially when you've got a lot of forms across an organisation.
