We have begun using Portfolios.
When creating a new Portfolio, Smartsheet creates a "Standard" template that you can use as a starting point. We have modified this to match our corporate branding and standards and renamed it to lets just say My Company template.
When I go to create a new Portfolio, let's say for a different department, I want ALL Portfolios to the EXACT SAME "My Company template". I'm not seeing a way to do that. Rather, each new Portfolio create a new "Standard" and while I can create a new "My Company Template" based on the previous "My Company Template" what I'm left with are multiple workspaces all with the same name "My Company Template" and when I need to make a change (say, add a field, change a formula, etc), I need to do it one at a time in each and every one.
These is tedious and monotonous and time consuming and lacks cohesiveness.
We have Smartsheet Control Center (SCC) but it is far more complex and we need something that our users can understand and SCC is not it. SCC is heady and involved and complex and complicated,
