As someone exploring MCP, API integrations, and AI-powered project management assistants, one thing I'd love to see from this community is a library of reusable frameworks and real-world use cases.
Smartsheet templates helped many of us move from a blank sheet to a working solution. I'd love to see a similar concept emerge for developers and builders working with MCP, APIs, webhooks, and AI agents.
For example:
- PM Assistant Agent
- Project Coordinator Agent
- Action Item & Follow-Up Agent
- Executive Status Reporting Agent
- Risk & Issue Management Agent
Rather than starting from scratch, it would be valuable to see:
- The business problem being solved
- Example architecture diagrams
- APIs and services involved
- MCP implementation approach
- Security and governance considerations
- Lessons learned and best practices
The technology is exciting, but sometimes the biggest challenge is figuring out where to start. A collection of proven patterns could help builders move from concept to implementation much faster.
