Has anyone found a clever way to extend conditional logic in Smartsheet Forms?

I’m wondering if anyone has come up with a creative workaround for more complex conditional logic in forms.

Currently, you can essentially do:

If this → then show this.

But I’d like to take it a step further and have logic more like:

If this = X AND this = Y → then show this.

Or even potentially:

If this = X OR this = Y, BUT this = Z → then show this.

I know there may be limitations to what Forms can natively handle, but I’m curious if anyone has found a clever way to accomplish more complex, multi-condition logic—whether through formulas, helper columns, workflows, or another approach.

Has anyone tackled something like this? I’d love to hear what you’ve tried!

Hi,

I hope you're well and safe!

For some clients, I've used Dynamic View instead. The change is that you have to save after each "Conditional Logic".

Would that work/help?

Thank you for the suggestion. I've tried Dynamic View and really loved the functionality. Unfortunately, it is not included with our plan, but I won't let todays "No" convince me tomorrow won't be a "Yes". 😊
