A colleague recently said they hadn't seen much innovation out of Smartsheet lately and asked what I thought. I disagreed — being part of the Early Adopter and Mobilizer programs, I've seen a fair amount happening on the platform/API side that most people never notice because it's not a flashy UI change.
What landed with my colleague wasn't the feature list — it was hearing it from someone actually plugged into the system. Curious how others here bridge that gap for teammates who only see the front end.
Are there opportunities for us as a community to make change even more visible to the users who aren't as invested, but want to see the change?
