Novalex Partners is a Solutions Provider and has been a Smartsheet Solutions Partner since 2018. This is Chak Khiam from Singapore. I am leading the exploration and incorporation of new technologies to help customers in the digitalization and transformation journeys.
One of the initiatives attempted was to use Bridge by Smartsheet to connect Lucid and Smartsheet so that processes and data captured after brainstorming can be interchangeable and hence increase productivity and maintainability. There are too many constraints that made the trial unfeasible.
At the introduction of Claude MCP, used Claude and created a Project Portfolio in Smartsheet. The challenge is - though specified in the prompt, the workspace created "refused" to adopt the “Portfolio” features.
