Hello,
I noticed when I am sorting a date filter by today it will work fine until about 8:00PM. Then the filter switches date to the next day for some reason. So if today's date is 8/16 and then when 8:00PM comes by it will switch the date to 8/17. I will have to change my filter to yesterday to pull up all my data for today. Does anyone know a work around?
Thanks
This is most likely due to the time zone of the servers hosting your SmartSheet account. But there is also a user setting that can be checked.
Check the Account Dropdown > Settings > Personal Settings to see if your timezone is set correctly.
If that fails, it is an issue with Smartsheet using the server time. and at that point, I would submit a product enhancement request.
Yes I verified that I have the correct time zone selected. So I think I will add that request.
This is a known issue with the way the system handles UTC time.

I think there are more as working back and forth between USA and Europe causes this to bite me occasionally.
