Hello, is there a maximum number of submissions you can collect from a form if you have a free account or is there a max no. of times you can send out one particular form?? Thanks!

There is a row (thus submission) limit of 5000 rows (or 200,000 cells whichever comes first)

You are correct Craig but i view 5000 rows as limitless in this case
Since the limits are buried somewhere in the Help documentation, I figured the poster might not know them.
