I cannot seem to set up outlook and smartsheet together as i have a subscription and cannot make the integration work. Previously at another work place, i was able to download the add-in on outlook directly and everything worked excellent. Can anyone offer advice?

I'd recommend working with your IT department to make sure that 3rd party add-ins aren't being blocked in some way.
Otherwise, please contact our Support team to troubleshoot.
