Is it possible to setup Card View like a Kanban board that has 3 status columns (Not started, In Progress and Complete) and multiple row swimlanes (based on assigned to category).

You can change what you want to see on the cards using the "View by" drop down bar on the top right side of card view. Additionally if you want to change what rows you want on the column, just press the settings button near the view by space to select which columns you see on the cards.
