When I send update request, I do not always send attachment so I must customize data that will be sent every time . Can I set it to be differnt default that the attachment will always be not sent?

If I understand your question correctly, you mean the check's for sending an update request by default are always on. As far as I know you can only do that by first hiding the attachment column and then do an update-request action. But if you accidentally unhide this column again, the check is on again.
Of course the Smartsheet API also provides possibilities to customize this behaviour.
