I have the majority of functions greyed out. Screenshot attached. Any suggestions?

My first thought would be are you the sheet owner? what permissions do you have?

I am having the same issue. The sheet was built off of an inventory template and I am an Admin on the sheet. Right clicking on any column and the options to insert column left or right is grayed out. The buttons on the toolbar on the left are available but after going through the process, columns are not created.

You need to be a licensed (paid) user to be able to add columns to the sheet. If you're not a licensed user, the option to insert columns will be grayed out for you.
