For this formula, I would like the RYG balls to be the result. Instead, I’m getting the word “Green” or “Red”. So the formula is working, but would like the balls and not the word.
here is the formula:
=IF([Acknowledge Phaco Care & Maintenance SOP]24 = "Acknowledge/Disagree, i have further input", "Red", IF([Acknowledge Phaco Care & Maintenance SOP]24 = "Acknowledge/Agree", "Green"))

Kind regards,
Andrée
Got it!
I can't designate responses to return the RYG... changing to the Yes, No, Hold worked.
Thanks!
Excellent!
Happy to help!
