I have tested, retested and not luck with data in my form I created. I cannot get the data to appear however the active form has entries that I cannot smiply see. Any ideas what is my problem? I create forms all the time and not one problem until today.
Thanks
Hi Theresa-- When new rows come in via web form, they're generally inserted at the bottom of the sheet. Make sure to scroll all the way down to see if the web form submissions appear here.
If you're still not seeing them, you may have a filter applied to the sheet which could be hiding the new rows from view. Please try right-clicking any column's header and selecting "Remove all Filters" if the option is available to see if this brings the missing rows into view.
Let me know if these suggestions don't help you find the rows and I'll be happy to investigate further!
Thank you. The bottom of my sheet was the culprit. I changed it to the top and problem solved. Thank you
Hi, Am experiencing same issue on a brand new sheet/form. No filters. No hidden columns or anything. Shows that five entries have been submitted (all my tests), but nothing is showing up on the grid view. It's a blank sheet even though I see the confirmation pop-up and the pop-up that a change was made to the form. I'm the only one with access to this sheet right now, so no other users in the mix. Is this glitching? How can it be fixed? TIA.
Hi,
My colleague is having the same issue with the form not showing submission data but showing that the form was submitted. Anyone have an answer, I cannot see anything obvious.
cheers
Hi Michele,
Have you looked at both the bottom and the top of the sheet? Do you have any filters active?
Have a fantastic week!

Yes, we checked for all that and nothing. We deleted the sheet, started a new and don't have that issue. then, we had the issue with gap rows!
That's strange!
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
Hi everyone,
I'm having a similar issue.
I've created a form and it was working just fine.
I moved the Primary Column and that broke my form, I've created and re-created the form again, but no data is populating into it.
Do I have to have my Primary column be the very first one in my grid view? I need this one to populate the most important data when utilizing the calendar view.
Thank you all for your help.
PB
Hi Paola,
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!
