The project that I'm working on is reoccuring every year. I was wondering if it is possible to create a template for this project event that I can just queue up a fresh one every year?

Yes, it is possible to create a template from your existing sheet. Under the Home tab (upper left corner), the icon that looks like a sheet of paper (upper left corner, right under the home tab). Click that and chose "Save as Template". It's very easy and we love being able to do that. Enjoy.
