Should changing the hours in a day update the project schedule? For example, if the plan/scheudle is finished and based upon an 8 hour work day - shouldnt changing the work day in the project settings to 10 hours a day change the project schedule?
Hello Mike—You're correct, as long as dependencies have been established in your sheet, changing the working hours may push dependent tasks up to the previous working day. These calculations are based on the type of depenendency and/or lag time established.
If dependencies haven't been established in the Predecessors column then dates likely won't be adjusted if you change your working hours.
