Hello! I am wanting to have items that were initiated 60 days exactly to delete automatically. How do I do this? I do have a column with the date tab. Thank You.
Hello Lauren—we don't yet have functionality for automatically deleting sheet data (or sheets) after a certain amount of time.
You might consider creating a reminder on an additional date column that will remind you to manually delete the rows after 60 days. You'll want to place a formula in this column like the following:
=[My Date Column]1 + 60
This will add 60 days based on the date column you're already using. You can then set a reminder to send you an email on this new date column. More on reminders here: http://help.smartsheet.com/articles/542913-using-reminders
