We use a web form on our phones to enter "issues" seen in the field. These include pictures taken by the phone. When we view these pictures later they are rotated 90d and there does not seem to be a way of fixing this short of exporting the image. Let me know if I have missed a function and if not please include a rotate image option.
Hi Bill—
I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team to see if this is expected behavior.
This may be the reason but not sure what the fix is.

Smartsheet viewer and tested Samsung devices that rotate 90 degrees (Note 5, S5 and S7)
The viewer appears to be fine with iPhone SE,6, and Nexus 6 keeps the image in portrait.
Downloaded images remain in original portrait using PC or Mobile viewer apps. Perhaps something can be done with the Smartsheet viewer.
Upvoting a rotate button at least for the Smartsheet Viewer.
Thanks,
-Keith
Adding my vote to adding a rotate button if that's the only way to resolve this. My Samsung Note 10+ appears to upload the photo 90 degrees counter clockwise when viewed in a sheet.
But viewed on the phone it is still oriented as taken.
