Hello @Antonio Figueroa,
I have followed your infstuctions but it it says Unparseable. Could you advise why that is?
=VLOOKUP(CAMPAIGN@row; {CH,ES,NL,SE CONS/SB Marcom Production Schedule};2,false)
Thank you,
Nataša
after campaign @row there should be a comma not a semicolon. Same for after Schedule} it should be a comma not a semicolon.
Hi @Antonio Figueroa,
I changed the semicolon for comma, but it was still Unparseable and when I looked the comma was changed to semicolon again. Any ideas? Thank you.
Hi @Natasa5
I hope you're well and safe!
Have you created the cross-sheet reference?
@Antonio Figueroa
It's different by region, so it can be a comma or a semi-colon that is used as a separator.
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!
Best,
Andrée Starå | Workflow Consultant / CEO @ WORK BOLD

Hi @Andrée Starå,
Yes, I have. I clicked a Reference Another Sheet link and selected a file and specific column. I also tried by selecting just a single cell. With both I got unparseable. I clue why this is?
Thank you.
@Natasa5
Happy to help!
Try changing the 2 at the end to 1 instead.
Did that work?

I tired replacing number 2 with 1, but still it remains unparseable.
Strange!
I'd be happy to take a quick look.
Can you maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s)? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
Thank you @Andrée Starå, just shared both files with you.
I've amended the formula in the sheet you shared. (The range was wrong, so I fixed that, and because the range was so big, we had to change the column reference to 41)
Are you only looking to bring that value over or more information?
I'm asking because using an INDEX/MATCH combination might be better.
Did it work as expected?
Hi @Andrée Starå
Thank you so very much! Can I ask why the range was set to 41? How did you get this number?
True, I am only trying to bring this Tracking ID value from one to another file. For the rest, I have created Datames configs, but I needed this matching Tracking ID column as a Vlookup Value.
Would it be too much to ask you to help me set up INDEX/MATCH formula?
Best regards!
Hi all, reaching out to see if of you have ideas; I'm hoping this makes sense: I'm having some trouble getting my formulas to pull data in correctly. I currently have a sheet (primary data) where I have data in rows where each row is a single project, with columns identifying persons, $ values, unique project identifier,…
Hello, I have a workflow where, when a team member checks a checkbox, Smartsheet automatically sends an email to themselves containing merge fields that are used as a customer email draft. The challenge is that this activity typically happens on a deadline day, and a team member may need to generate 30 or more of these…
