This is making smartsheet unusable. If a row is highlighted for a few seconds then task name gets deleted. Even if the mouse is out of context. Need help ASAP.
This is strange behavior and not one we've ever experienced. I would recommend getting help from Smartsheet support. https://help.smartsheet.com/contact.
I wonder if you have a browser extension that is conflicting with your Smartsheet implementation. Support should be able to help you track it down.
In the meantime why not try a different browser? Or a different device to test for the reason.

Good idea Richard! Definitely a must for troubleshooting.
I would recommend also checking to see if you change the color of the highlight for the changes will help not hide your data while the highlighted changes are showing.
