I'm interested in how people are using SS for procurement and grant management in government? Are there templates you have found especially useful or have you made your own? I transferred to a new division a year ago and they had made their own. I'm hoping to eliminate duplication and help add automation to future procurement processes.

I have some solutions that I have deployed at large or small scale within the gov and commercial areas specifically for procurement/contractual line item award/management etc. which are also grant type award structures. I would love to show you a demo sometime if you're interested.
We are just starting to us SS for our procurement team. Currently looking at it to track individual work loads and solicitations. I used the Individual Task Management Template as a sort of guide/ideas bank for what information to track and display on dashboards.

Yes Smartsheet can work really well for procurement and grant management. A few options: Use forms for standardized intake and to reduce duplication. Start with templates like Grant Fulfillment Tracking or Grant Application Plan and adapt them to your needs. Automate updates and reminders with workflows to keep things moving. Currently working to try and get procurement to adopt an intake form/process because the duplication issue has been constant.
