Question – is there a way for the smart form to just show what items have been selected, hiding the other rows? i.e. form of a grocery list and people clicking what they want. We don't want to see what they haven't clicked.

As stated by Andree, we would need more info to give you a full answer.
However based on what you have said so far you can either use reports and put criteria in that selects only the items you want to see or you could do it with Named filters.
I suspect that neither of these will give you exactly what you want but may assist you in defining exactly what you are looking for.
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
