Starting 7/30/18 we noticed that using either the keyboard shortcut or the right-click option to cut a line within a SmartSheet would sometimes leave behind the original line (acting more like copy than cut) when moving to a different place in the SmartSheet. Two people within our organization have recreated the problem. We are currently using SmartSheet in Google Chrome. Has anyone else noticed this problem?
We are also experiencing the inability to manually copy rows with formulas from one sheet to the next. It doesn't paste the formulas or formatting, or hierarchy.
Yes, we run into this issue often. The only fix I have found is to "save" and refresh your browser, then try the cut and paste again.
Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
