I created an update request for our staff to use when we receive subsidy payments. I have the update requests setup so only certain staff will receive the request. It was brought to my attention this morning that some staff are receiving the request who were not on my list for delivery. How is this happening and how can I correct it?

It sounds like a bug or that it has something to do with the big update that's happening today at the Smartsheet Engage Conference.
Have you doublechecked the settings? Can you share a screenshot?

I checked the settings a few times and had another person look in case I missed something. I will attach a screenshot with the employees who received the update request and another with the employees who should have received it.

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
