Importing Visio documents and returning a blank sheet?
Hi FabGraz-- Can you confirm the type of file that you're importing into Smartsheet? We currently only support importing files from MS Project, Excel, Google Sheets, and Trello. You will run into issues if attempting to import from another program. If you are importing from one of our supported programs, please email Support@Smartsheet.com and attach the file you're having difficulty importing and we will be happy to investigate further!
