I have a sheet that serves as a team pipeline report and I would like to have a weekly update request where every row assigned to a specifc person is included automatically in the request. Each row has one designated person in charge and I would like for them to receive the notice to update each of their projects in the pipeline report. As it stands now the update requests are static to a point in time. Any new deals have to added to separate update request each time and the team member has to get multiple requests each week. I would like the single request to update as deals are put on and taken off the sheet.
Hi Mike-- While this feature isn't currently available in Smartsheet, Conditional Update Requests are on our Enhancement Request list and I've added your vote for this feature. Thanks for your input!
