I have a workflow that I have deleted 20 times and it won't go away. I created another it shows up al the only one but when I go to send it it is the one I have deleted. Maybe I have to get rid of my Docusign a/c and start over. I want this to work but maybe the labs aren't that good. Maybe Docusign is a bad product. Maybe the integration is bad. I am about to give up and do something better.

I've looked to integrating Smartsheet labs and Docusign and while the basics work, it is not as robust as we would like.
Docusign from my understanding is a very established product. I would focus on the Smartsheet Labs workflow. To Tony's point, contact support and maybe they can find this reappearing workflow.

On the Smartsheet Labs sign in page for Docusign- cannot seem to login. It keeps on saying Authentication failed- tried my email and the API username.
I can log into Docusign no problem on their site.
