All Users Cannot EditSheet but Have Correct Access

All users that have edit access on a sheet are suddenly recieving this error:

"You currently have comment only permissions. Contact the sheet owner for editing permissions."

They have requested permission and I've accepted. I've removed them and tried re-adding, but nothing it working. When I go to "Manage Access" all of the users have edit access. I am the admin and am able to edit.

Do you know how to resolve this?

Hi @Katherine Murphy

Have a look in your SystemAdmin panel, what license do these users have? We've recently seen that when users are autodowgraded via the SystemAdmin portal, their permissions don't update on the front end of Smartsheet to display as "Commenter" but their ability to edit disappears.

This is definetly a bug that needs to be looked at
