I NEED HELP PLEASE_ EVERYTHING IS GONE

I logged in this morning and it said I needed to upgrade my business account to keep using my sheets. I am NOT a business member, I am a pro member paid in full for the year. ALL of my sheets, reports, dashboards, EVERYTHING IS GONE. I use this to run my business (sole member) and have spent four months building my sheets. I cannot access anything. I have contractors waiting on information and all of my projects including scope, costs, progress, EVERYTHING was logged. Can someone please help me. I tried to contact sales multiple times about upgrading (apparently I can not do basic report features as pro member) with no response. I replied to a previous chat follow up with no response, and the oh so smart AI help says I don'thave access to people. I have used SS for over 7 years at my companies and personally and have never had this happen. I have no access to a real person, and I cannot access ANYTHING.

The only instance I’ve seen of sheets completely disappearing is if I’ve logged into the wrong Region of Smartsheet.

Regions are completely separate instances, so you could have two different accounts. One paid with sheets, one without.

Can you check and see if you’re logging in correctly? Try the US region, the UK region, and the AU region.

Even if you’re not living in those places, this just indicates where the data is stored. E.g, I’m living in the UK but my region is US because I’m on the .COM version of Smartsheet.
