We want to share reports with customers so they can see schedules but do not want customers to be able to view other customers schedules on the primary sheet. In order to share a report we must also share the primary sheet. Is there a work around for this?
Create a report specifically for the customer but instead of sharing it, publish it to them

We would also like for them to be able to add attachments and comments to the sheet through the report.

If you publish a report, is it viewable by anyone? or do you have to log in to view?

When you click on On in the publish tab to publish the report, you will be given an option to select the access level to the published report. You can choose to have anyone with the link access the report or to only have users in your account access it.

This is exactly what i have been asking for and looking for.
Is a real issue for us not being able to share the report without sharing the sheet.
As you say there is sensitive customer (in our case factory) information that we dont want the others from seeing. But we want them to be able to add information to the sheet.
Following. As of now, I cannot find a way to share an editable report without sharing the main sheet.
Is there still no solution for this?

I fully agree. If this functionally was not provided, we would not be able to create modern ticket system for customer. If implemented this, but the scenes where SmartSheet can be utilized are greatly expanded (for me at least).
If I could specify users who can view published report, that may also (very) helpful in some cases.

We need this feature as well. Could you add new share option like "No Visibility"...so they have access to the sheet, but cannot view anything. Then they could view the information on the reports?
Is this an add on of sorts or as admin in an enterprise account I can already use the dynamic view.
Specifically, share a report and give access to only certain columns in supporting sheets (versus the whole sheet).

I don't know why I didn't think of Dynamic View. It would work perfectly for your process.
It's a premium add-on, but it's included if you have the Premier plan.
