Is it possible to have more than one smartsheet for an email address. I am currently an editor on one project. I have another project that I would have Admin rights. The information for the projects have to be kept separate. When I tried to set up a trail sheet I was not allowed. The message was "you are already a smartsheet user".
Hi Jackie, an email address can only be used for a single Smartsheet account. There are many Smartsheet users who work in multiple unrelated projects in their single Smartsheet account. You can be shared to an unlimited number of sheets from different users and different sharing permissions. Users will typically use folders or workspaces to organize their sheets and projects (and keep them separate) on their Home tab.
