Im trying to develop a sheet for a Quote Estimate to Customer with customer details auto added from contact sheet?

Smartsheet does not have a way of auro entering from 1 sheet (i.e. lookup functions, or Dynamic Lists)to to another except cell linking. However if you use appsheet alongside Smartsheet you can achieve it.
You may also be able to do it with Zappier and Azuqua.
