Hi,
I have set up a workflow were I want the "Project Leader" to provide a status update which then gets sent to the "Project Sponsor" for approval. However the Project Sponsor is getting the 'Request to Approval' email even before the Project Leader gets their email and has the opportunity to provide an update.
What am I doing wrong?

Yes, they would trigger at the same time.
You'll have to add a conditioning path to make it work the way you want it to or use two different workflows.

I have had a condition where if if 'Ready for Approval" is one of "Yes" then the request for approval should be sent to the Sponsor.
The 'Ready for Approval' is something the Project leader would set to 'yes' when completing the form.
This is still not triggering the next step in the workflow.
It works if I have two separate workflows. One for the Request and the other for Approval. It seems to be that the trigger needs to be saved in the sheet before the next workflow can happen. It means you can only ever have a one step workflow process.
I would rather it all be combined into the one workflow. It is this tool limitation or am I doing something wrong?

When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
